Salomien Boshoff is a lecturer for various Management Sciences modules at Akademia and the Business School of the University of the Free State. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management with specialization in Marketing. 

Her passion for teaching and learning directs her research to understand different ways in which student learning can be promoted. Her research has been published in national and international accredited scholarly journals. 

She has more than fourteen years of experience in teaching and learning, during which she received a number of awards – specifically for her assessment practices and collaboration agreements with businesses. Salomien is a member of SAIMS for the past 10 years.
